This is a practical, down-to-earth way to listen to that part of yourself that looks out for you as much as the Inner Critic tries to trip you up/hold you back. Your Inner Advisor helps you move forward, learn, see the big picture, and not miss the details. Hey, if your imagination can conjure up your Inner Critic don’t you think it can create an inner non-critic, an Inner Advisor?

How to meet your Advisor? Learn the techniques of Insight Imagination. Insight Imagination is a quick and reliable way to go inward through relaxation and guided imagery. It is based on the oldest and latest approaches to exploring and using imagination. This workshop will give you the basics and time to look and find your Inner Advisor.

Learn the secrets of getting started and staying going from the emerging field of Creativity Coaching. Creativity Coaching can help anyone---aspiring writers, painters, magicians, quilters, to hobbyist photographers---you name it, anyone who takes on special projects and wants to get the darn things done. This is a practical, down-to-earth support group filled with: exercises, tips, resources, presentations. Each meeting will start with a short presentation. That will be followed by a discussion, exchange of ideas and encouragement. Participants will have the opportunity to share their progress with the group via a private message board.

Carl Jung established that archetypes are forces that help shape our personalities, our life choices, and our perspectives. Archetypes are ancient and universal patterns of behaviour, perspective, and energy. You see them in your dreams, in the books you read, the movies you watch, and, if you know how---in yourself.

This half-day workshop is split into two halves: during the first half we will take the Pearson-Marr Archetype Test, an official test for finding your most active life journey archetypes (out of 12 major archetypes). Each person in this workshop will get their test results and receive a 55 page book on each of the major archetypes covered in the test.

In the second half of the workshop, we will look at a very comprehensive list of archetypes based on the Archetype Cards of Carolyn Myss. From this list of more than 100 archetypes, you will pick those that were most active in your past and those that are currently present. Each student will be provided with a copy of the Archetype Inventory for further work outside of the workshop.

The workshop will cover: how to live with your archetypes, spot shadow archetypes, and how to become aware of untapped archetypes for a deeper, richer, and more exciting life.

JOURNAL TO THE SELF
Based on the book, Journal to the Self by Kathleen Adams, this workshop introduces over a dozen different journaling techniques. Each one will be explored with practice writings in a small group setting. Learn more about the extraordinary, transformative powers of therapeutic journal writing. This workshop includes a copy of the workbook designed by Kathleen Adams.

SOULCOLLAGE® WORKSHOP
SoulCollage® is a creative process, created by Seena Frost, that relies on one's intuition. Using magazine and print images, workshop participants will be guided into a deeper awareness of imagination, resourcefulness and wholeness. SoulCollage® can be a catalyst for healing and inner awareness that opens the mind to spaces that have been left unexplored. It's this increased mindfulness that pushes us into new realms of inspiration and ultimately allows us to unlock our creativity and intuition.

DREAMWORK: A QUICK PATH TO DECODING YOUR DREAMS
All the basics will be covered in this workshop on how to: master dream recall, sort through your dreams for the most meaningful material, work with what you find, and use dreams to guide your day life.
